After sharing the first sneak peek inside the Dream Décor book earlier this week, today I’m jumping in to share a handful of other images that I love from inside! A quick invite for New York readers: please do join me in celebrating the book at the US launch party this coming week. The party is on Tuesday, May 17th at Anthropologie Chelsea Market, 6 – 8pm. All are welcome and you can RSVP here!OK, back to these sneak peek spaces from the book! This is the upstate NY country home of a talented prop stylist. I like the subtle green color accent seen on the window trim, and that sink needs no introduction – love!This dining room is inside the Los Angeles home of Modern Family star Jesse Tyler-Ferguson and his husband, Justin Mikita. The midnight blue wall covering with brass stud detailing had my heart from hello, and the statement glass chandelier captured the light, beautifully.I ventured down to Puglia, Italy to capture the beauty of this weekend home belonging to a respected architect in the country. I was so delighted that we were able to feature this property in the book so that I could include inspiration and ideas for how to decorate interestingly and successfully with neutral palettes. Our two-hour flight from London to Italy ended up taking the best part of ten hours (loooooooong story!) but it was totally worth it to see this space in the book.Another knockout interior is this family warehouse home that we shot in Paris, France. I love how the owner, Marine, worked with the existing elements of the building to make the space shine, from the wooden beams to the exposed brick and concrete floors. The custom iron staircase gives the space a striking and architectural focal point. Anthony, the talented creative director from Zio and Sons, owns this charming little one bedroom apartment in the East Village, NYC. I was so happy he opened his home for the book because the space is full of clever and inspiring design ideas for small space living. Take his kitchen, for example, where the juxtaposition of the rustic wood cladding and the smooth ceramic metro tile creates a stylish design tension. You can see more from these homes and many more in the Dream Décor book, which is out now. You can order from these links: Amazon UK or Amazon USA.

Can’t wait for the signing tomorrow! I still remember going to your book party at Jonathan Adler for your first book…time flies!
@Jackie – I know, where did those two years go?! Look forward to seeing you!
I want to move into the home in Paris….those beams are a dream! No pun intended!’ Haha
@Suzie – Right? Incredible space! 🙂
Congrats Will
@Ben – Cheers!
I love the two kitchens. I’m going to have to buy this book!
@Lucy – Thanks! I love the breadth of styles of spaces in the book as those two kitchens couldn’t be in more different spaces: a tiny one-bedroom apartment in the East Village and a huge house in Upstate NY!
